PTC Top Loading Test Oven

Despatch PTC ovens are specifically designed for burn-in, calibration and qualification testing of downhole electronic logging equipment for the oil and gas industry. Burn-in testing is done to make sure the drill tool electronics can operate accurately at elevated temperatures. In the field, these ovens are used for periodic calibration of the electronics on the drill tool.

Composite Curing Ovens

Thermal curing is a critical step in manufacturing quality composite materials. Traditionally, most composite parts required autoclaves for proper curing. Today, low cost out-of-autoclave curing of aerospace-grade composite parts is possible using a vacuum bagging system with a walk-in batch oven. The process is precisely controlled and monitored to ensure void-free composite parts.
