TFD3-48 Composite Curing Oven for Carbon Fiber Drones

A customer needed a composite curing oven for curing carbon fiber parts for drones. They needed to have process automation and traceability. They ordered three large TFD3-48 walk-in ovens with 25 Thermocouple jacks on each wall, 12 vacuum source connections on left wall, 12 pressure ports on right wall and 12 transducer ports on each wall. High density plumbing with 12 manifolds for vacuum bagging were integrated into the ovens along with the Despatch Focal Point control system. Each line has a solenoid valve to vacuum/pressure source and a solenoid vent valve, both controlled through the FocalPoint Control system.
